About Blue Mountain Academy

Founded in the heart of Pennsylvania, Blue Mountain Academy is a Christian school that began in 1955 and is affectionately known as BMA. Built near Philadelphia, New York, and Washington D.C., its main purpose has always been to form citizens; BMA offers an integrated curriculum beyond the regular program, with diverse extracurricular activities and professional training. BMA is an international school with students from seven different nationalities, including Asian and African. YouBet! students become global citizens when they study at BMA.

Activities

Chemistry, biology, and technology labs are part of daily student life. Music studio, piano, guitar, and voice lessons, and the internationally known Bel Canto choir are central to campus life. Flight training and a private airstrip are another highlight—students can take flying lessons during high school and become licensed pilots.
